Volkàn is a country where the people will rise from the ashes. Born with Creole heritance, Volkàn has developed into a country that is a home to 60 million people, young and old. 

Ruled by President Phobos and his three governors, the country is divided into nine districts that each are home to a volcano and that carry the volcano's name.
